Exhaustion

Exhaustion refers to a state of extreme physical or mental fatigue or depletion. It is the feeling of being completely worn out, physically or emotionally, and having little or no energy to continue performing tasks or activities.

Exhaustion can be caused by a variety of factors such as chronic stress, overwork, lack of sleep or exercise, poor nutrition, illness, or mental health issues such as depression or anxiety. It can manifest as a range of symptoms including tiredness, weakness, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, irritability, and a sense of overwhelm.

It is important to address exhaustion and take steps to manage it, as it can impact one’s overall health and well-being. This can include seeking medical advice, making lifestyle changes such as improving diet and exercise habits, practicing stress-management techniques such as mindfulness or meditation, or taking time off work to rest and recover.
