SET UP YOUR BALANCE SOFTWARE

Complete your software setup in 3 easy steps:
*If you are not a licensed practitioner and haven’t called in to activate your license yet, call us at 801-224-7199, option 3, or toll-free at 866-369-2265. Then follow the steps below.
To get started: After your Balance license has been activated, simply open up the ZYTO 5 software and log in using the same e-mail, password, and PIN you were using with the Compass 5.0.

Note: You will need your Hand Cradle to fully install and operate the Balance software.

Get Trained Online

After you have installed your software, we recommend completing the Online training, starting with the 5.0 Basics, followed by the Balance 5.0 Training and Balance 5.0 Auxiliary Training courses. The Balance user manual and Balance training video links document can also be found within the Balance courses.
Additional training resources for Balance customers include live webinars and videos on the ZYTO YouTube channel. The Balance also includes the ZYTO Remote feature. To learn how to set up and use this feature, visit the ZYTO Remote page.
