After starting the software, enter your username and password. Your username is your e-mail. For your password, on the software login screen, click the reset password option and reset your password. (If you’re upgrading from the Compass or Compass 5.0, your email, password, and PIN will remain the same.)
Create or enter your existing 4-digit PIN. You will use this number for future logins.
After downloading and installing the software, our technical support team will contact you to ensure that your system is set up and ready to use.
*Please note that you can proceed with your download and installation even if you have not received your Hand Cradle.
Get trained online
After you have installed your software, we recommend completing the Online training. You can see the specific training path for your software by selecting the Content Library tab, then Learning Paths.
