Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions to download and install the following:

  • 1 Elite License
  • ZYTO 5.0 Platform
    (Installable on up to 2 computers)

Your subscription includes access to the latest software updates as long as your subscription remains active. Software updates are not provided without an active subscription.


Hardware

Your package includes the following hardware:

  • 1 ZYTO Hand Cradle (Professional blue)
  • 1 USB 2.0 Cable

Training & Support

We’re committed to ensuring you have the support you need to effectively use the ZYTO system. Your monthly subscription includes:

  • Access to online training resources
  • Invitations to live training webinars
  • Daytime and extended technical support
  • Membership to the ZYTO Forum
  • Admission to ZYTO live training events
  • Remote sessions

Lifetime Upgrades & Warranty

Your subscription also provides:

  • Ongoing access to software updates for the ZYTO Elite software while your subscription is active
  • 1-year warranty on ZYTO-branded electronic and mechanical components from the date of shipment
  • The warranty extends in 30-day increments for up to 2 years if the subscription remains active

If there are issues with hardware, ZYTO will repair or replace defective components at no charge, provided the component is returned with prior authorization.

Accessory products (such as control boxes, light frames, and headsets) come with a 90-day warranty.


Subscription Terms

Monthly Subscription:
The subscription fee (monthly or yearly) renews automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax is included in the monthly fee for Utah residents. VAT or other taxes are the responsibility of the subscriber.

Included Access:
The subscription includes software updates, support, and training resources while active.

Payment Issues:
If a payment is declined, your software license may be suspended until payment is processed.

Price Adjustments:
ZYTO may adjust subscription pricing in the future with at least 20 days’ notice.

Suspension & Cancellation:
Subscriptions may be placed on hold at any time. Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

Limitations on Use

Professional Use Only:
ZYTO products are intended for professional use only. Users must be licensed wellness professionals or certified in a related field.

No Medical Claims:
ZYTO hardware and software are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or medical condition. Users agree to operate the system in compliance with all applicable laws.

Marketing Limitations:
Users may not market ZYTO products for uses or claims outside of those established by ZYTO.


Return Policy

All sales are final. ZYTO does not offer returns or refunds. Warranty-related issues will be handled according to the terms outlined above.


Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped F.O.B. from ZYTO’s facility in Lindon, Utah. Shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah. The prevailing party is responsible for associated legal and arbitration fees.


Intellectual Property

ZYTO retains all intellectual property rights for its hardware, software, and related content. Use of these materials is limited to normal operation of the ZYTO system.

Compatibility Notes

  • Not compatible with macOS (including Apple Silicon / M1 and newer)
  • Not compatible with Windows 10 or 11 in S mode

Additional Notes

For best performance, install and run the ZYTO software on a local drive. Running the software from a network drive may cause issues.

ZYTO software is not supported on Windows 8 or Windows 8.1. Technical support is not available for unsupported operating systems.
