Job Summary/Scope

Our Sales Coordinator is critical in supporting our sales team by making outbound calls to qualify sales leads, communicating with customers, partners, and referral sources, and coordinating certain sales activities. Candidates must have excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills and the ability to deliver high customer service standards. Candidates must be self-starters, constantly looking for better ways to improve processes and overall effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls to the company and distribute them accordingly
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships via the phone, online chats, and email
  • Make outbound calls to qualify sales leads
  • Assist in the distribution of leads to corresponding Sales Managers
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Perform tasks associated with document preparation, business communication writing, and production of communications supporting the sales process
  • Enter and track all leads from referral sources and events utilizing company systems
  • Assist in projects as assigned by Supervisor
  • Learn and understand the basics of ZYTO technology to answer questions for customers
  • Data entry
  • Assist in other sales team functions as deemed necessary


Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptionally well organized with an ability to multi-task responsibilities in a thorough and detailed manner
  • Strong decision-making ability as well as interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain trust, credibility, and support of the executive management team while presenting a professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be organized and be able to accomplish recurring tasks on time and without reminders from others
  • Has an ownership attitude and will not walk away from tasks unfinished
  • Must be flexible
  • Is resourceful and able to research solutions rather than deferring issues until someone feeds the answers
  • Must be excellent with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have good grammar
  • Must be a proficient proofreader and be able to catch punctuation, spelling, or other grammatical mistakes
  • Must speak English fluently


Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Relevant work experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain the trust and support of the executive team while maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance
  • Must speak English fluently
  • Salesforce experience is a plus


Physical Conditions

This position requires 40 hours per week (10-hour days Monday through Thursday). Performance of duties and tasks requires the use of standard office equipment, including work at computer terminals. Must be able to maintain focus in an open, collaborative work environment.
