Job Summary/Scope

Our Sales Coordinator is critical in supporting our sales team by making outbound calls to qualify sales leads, communicating with customers, partners, and referral sources, and coordinating certain sales activities. Candidates must have excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills and the ability to deliver high customer service standards. Candidates must be self-starters, constantly looking for better ways to improve processes and overall effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls to the company and distribute them accordingly
  • Establish and maintain good customer relationships via the phone, online chats, and email
  • Make outbound calls to qualify sales leads
  • Assist in the distribution of leads to corresponding Sales Managers
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records
  • Perform tasks associated with document preparation, business communication writing, and production of communications supporting the sales process
  • Enter and track all leads from referral sources and events utilizing company systems
  • Assist in projects as assigned by Supervisor
  • Learn and understand the basics of ZYTO technology to answer questions for customers
  • Data entry
  • Assist in other sales team functions as deemed necessary

Physical Conditions

This position requires 40 hours per week (10-hour days Monday through Thursday). Performance of duties and tasks requires the use of standard office equipment, including work at computer terminals. Must be able to maintain focus in an open, collaborative work environment.

Job Summary/Scope:

Reporting to the Company Controller, the Staff Accountant performs a variety of accounting tasks.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for all entities to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
  • Perform routine month end close procedures
  • Responsible for monthly inventory reconciliation
  • Perform other duties required to support accounting department

 

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting requirements
  • Ability to understand how the detailed activities in areas of focus fit into the large financial accounting
    and reporting picture
  • Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes
  • Experience with foreign currencies preferred

  • Must have strong work ethic

Job Summary/Scope:

The Graphic Designer will work at our corporate office in Lindon, UT, and report to the Vice President of Marketing. This position requires someone who is highly motivated and interested in furthering their creative career. The perfect candidate will be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop corporate messages through visual design, imagery, and writing that promotes clear communication for each project
  • Think creatively to promote new ideas
  • Develop concepts for and design all collateral materials for marketing, Web, trade shows, and all other corporate needs
  • Meet deadlines set by the Director of Marketing
  • Keep up with evolving design principles and trends in the market
  • Develop and enforce brand standards
  • Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos, and art, as well as sponsor logos and photos from guest artists
  • Develop new Web pages as needed
  • Document literature changes and maintain dated project files
  • Manage outsourcing of print and related design projects
  • Assist marketing team with brainstorming, marketing, and advertising strategies
  • Work with internal clients in obtaining reviews and approvals of collateral
  • Interpret internal and external client needs
  • Willingness to tackle difficult projects and new technologies
  • Other duties as assigned


Experience

  • Minimum two years’ experience in graphic design
  • Experience with website design and updates
  • Experience quoting and managing print jobs
  • Graphic Production software knowledge
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Desire to work in an innovative, fluid, and fast-paced environment and continually improve your craft with strong attention to detail, the ability to be flexible, and a keen sense of how to adapt to changing conditions and priorities.


Education
