Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions to download and install the following:

Your subscription includes access to the latest software updates as long as your subscription remains active. Software updates will not be provided without an active subscription.

Your package includes the following hardware:

• Access to online training resources
• Invitations to free training webinars
• Daytime and extended technical support
• Membership to the ZYTO Forum
• Admission to ZYTO’s Live Training Events
• Remote biosurveys

Lifetime Upgrades & Warranty

Your subscription also provides:

• Lifetime upgrades to the Select software as long as your license is active.
• 1-year warranty on ZYTO-branded electronic and mechanical components from the date of shipment.
  • The warranty extends in 30-day increments for a period of up to 2 years if the subscription remains continuous.
  • If there are issues with hardware, ZYTO will repair or replace defective components at no charge, provided the component is returned with prior authorization.
  • Accessory products (such as control boxes, light frames, headsets) come with a 90-day warranty.

Subscription Terms

• Monthly Subscription: The monthly (or yearly) subscription fee is automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • Sales tax is included in the monthly fee for Utah residents; VAT or other taxes are the responsibility of the subscriber.
  • The subscription includes software updates, support, and access to training resources as long as the subscription is active.
  • If a payment is declined, your software license may be suspended until payment is processed.
• Price Adjustments: ZYTO may increase the subscription fee in future years and will provide 20 days’ notice prior to any increase taking effect.
• Suspension & Cancellation: Subscribers may put their subscription on hold at any time, but prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.

Limitations on Use

• Professional Use Only: ZYTO products are intended for professional use only. Subscribers must be licensed wellness professionals or certified in a related field to use ZYTO equipment.
• No Medical Claims: ZYTO hardware and software should not be used for diagnosing, treating, or curing any disease or medical condition. Subscribers agree to only use the system in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Limitations on Marketing: Subscribers are prohibited from marketing ZYTO products for off-label uses or claims outside the scope set by ZYTO.

Return Policy

• No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. ZYTO has a no return and no refund policy. Warranty issues will be handled according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Terms: ZYTO products are delivered F.O.B. from ZYTO’s facility in Lindon, Utah. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the subscriber, and they may also be liable for any customs duties, taxes, or port fees.

Dispute Resolution

• Arbitration: Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah. The prevailing party will be responsible for the associated legal and arbitration fees.

Intellectual Property

• Ownership: ZYTO retains all intellectual property rights for the hardware, software, and any content accessed through its systems. Subscribers have no rights to use such content outside the typical operation of the ZYTO system.
