Set up your Balance software

 

*If you are not a licensed practitioner and haven’t called in to activate your license yet, call us at 801-224-7199, option 3, or toll-free at 866-369-2265. Then follow the steps below.

  1. Download the Pro 5.0 software here. Then open the saved file to install after downloading.
  2. After starting the software, enter your username and password. Your username is your e-mail, and your password setup e-mail was automatically sent to you. If you’re upgrading to the Balance, you may enter the same e-mail, password, and PIN you were using for the Compass.
  3. Create or enter your existing 4-digit PIN. You will use this number for future logins

Note: You will need your Hand Cradle to fully install and operate the Balance software.

2 Free one-on-one sessions & online training

Your Balance purchase entitles you to 2 Free one-on-one training sessions with a ZYTO coach. You can schedule a Free training session here. However, you may want finish the Online training before scheduling your Free session.

For online training, we recommend starting with the 5.0 Basics, followed by the Balance 5.0 Training and Balance 5.0 Auxiliary Training courses. The Balance user manual and Balance training video links document can also be found within the Balance courses.

Additional training resources for Balance customers include live webinars and videos on the ZYTO YouTube channel.
The Balance also includes the ZYTO Remote feature. To learn how to set up and use this feature, visit the ZYTO Remote page.
